A Smarter Housing platform for Builders

Sell architecturally designed, prefabricated homes without starting every project from scratch.

nuvista. is a platform that gives builders a range of ready-to-offer home products supported by a prefabricated structural kit, Australian engineering certification and a managed CDC pathway developed with Spiral Architects Lab.

Builders assemble the structure, complete the home to turnkey and deliver more homes with greater speed, predictability and confidence.

Faster builds.

Clearer approvals.
Predictable costs.
More projects per year.

Rethinking How Homes Are Delivered

For decades, residential construction has started the same way.

A blank page.
New designs.
New engineering.
New uncertainty.

nuvista. changes that.

The nuvista. platform offers a repeatable architect-designed range of home products delivered as a prefabricated structure including Australian engineering certificate - ready for assembly. Builders can now offer modern homes without reinventing the wheel every time.

The Team Behind nuvista.

nuvista. brings together Spiral Architects Lab and Zen Haus Group to combine smart architectural design with proven prefab delivery.

The range draws on experience in timber technologies, modular housing, medium-density design and prefabricated building systems. Powered by Zen Haus Group’s advanced 2D panelised wall, floor and roof system, nuvista. is backed by Australian project delivery across residential, affordable housing and Specialist Disability Accommodation. Zen Haus Group is also listed by prefabAUS as an approved MMC supplier to Homes NSW and Homes Tasmania.

The result is a repeatable housing platform that helps builders offer architecturally designed prefab homes without developing the system from scratch.

Powered by Prefabrication

nuvista. homes are powered by Zen Haus Group’s advanced prefabricated wall, floor and roof panel system - successfully delivered and installed across Australia since 2019.

Components are manufactured off-site with precision and delivered ready for installation.

The result:

  • Rapid structural assembly

  • Reduced on-site labour

  • Consistent construction quality

  • Builders then complete the home using conventional trades.

How Builders Deliver a Nuvista. Home

1. Offer the home
Present the nuvista. design range to your client as a ready-to-build, architect-designed product.

2. Follow the CDC pathway
Deliver the project through the recommended nuvista. CDC pathway, supported by documentation developed with Spiral Architects Lab.

3. Structure delivered

The prefabricated wall, floor and roof system is delivered directly to site as a coordinated kit of parts.

4. Build to turnkey

Assemble the prefabricated structure, then complete the home to turnkey using your preferred trades and finishes.

a managed cdc pathway

The standard nuvista. delivery pathway is designed around a coordinated CDC documentation package developed with Spiral Architects Lab.

This gives builders a clearer path from enquiry to approval, with compliant architectural drawings, CDC documentation and coordination support available as part of the nuvista. platform.

Builders who prefer to manage approvals independently can still do so, but the managed CDC pathway is the recommended delivery model for faster, more predictable project conversion.
